Here at McTigue Headstones we practice superior craftsmanship. We know how to work stone to turn it from what it is into a thing of beauty. This craftsmanship is recognised by individuals, communities, businesses and public bodies who come to us to commission pieces of public art. It also means that wecan make almost anything you may think of. Stone is a light and malleable material in our hands. Have a special occasion coming up, an anniversary or birthday; why not talk to us and get something special, unique and enduring. Here you can see a selection of the works that we have produced.

Among our commissions is a piece to commemorate Mohammed Ali's visit to Ennis in 2009, which the man himself unveiled, a memorial to children of abuse located in the grounds of the Ennis Town Council buildings and a memorial to Johnny Patterson in Feakle, Co. Clare.

Above you can also see tributes to the failed Lord of the Dance show at the Cliffs of Moher and President Obama for his visit to Ireland in May 2011 (pieces which you can just outside our workshop on the N85 Lahinch and Ennistymon Rd about 5 minutes from Ennis).
